Alan Dow Funeral Services Ltd is family owned and independent funeral directors covering Torphins, Banchory and the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire areas of North East Scotland. Most funeral directors do not publish price lists. We think they should, we are open and transparent about our costs even though some other funeral directors are not. Our prices are available on our web site for families to calculate how much a funeral would cost.
We are proud to openly offer a basic or simple funeral to anyone as well as a direct cremation service. Remember that it does not mean we are inflexible, it just gives you a way of budgeting and knowing that there won't be any nasty surprises.
