Business Profile

We opened the harbourside grill on the 11th April 2012 at 9.30am and it's been all go since then in the first three months around 5000 people passed through.

Located in the heart of Angus I believe we have some of the best produce in the U.K. It would be foolish, cruel and negligent not to offer our guests a taste of Angus.

Metaphorically speaking we do wander around Scotland picking up bits and bobs. Scotland is truly blessed with world class produce. There is the high end stuff like Angus Beef, Lobster, Langoustines the quality and abundance of cheaper produce like mackerel, haddock, vegetables, chicken, berries make it a dream for any cook professional or amateur.

If pushed I would say we are a brasserie - light, bright, casual, hopefully bustling and quite informal.
